Wildlife Pro did an outstanding job helping us get rid of our unwanted guests. They were very prompt, professional, and hardworking. We were very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Wildlife Pro to anyone having a pest/rodent problem. One of the best contractors we've worked with to solve a problem.

I didn't realize I would feel so strongly about giving a Pest Control company 5 stars but I do! Carl and the team are relentless about getting the job done. They follow up to make sure I'm still satisfied and have awesome customer experience. After (company name redacted*) quoted me an outrageous amount, Wildlife Pro brought me back down to earth with their reasonable prices!

Overall, an excellent job! We had a possum stuck in our ceiling and die. We were unable to locate it, so we called Wildlife Pro. Matt and his team were able to locate it and remove it successfully. They were extremely professional and handled all our needs.

There is a reason these guys get all 5 stars. Nothing to add.

I wish I could give these professionals 10 stars. Very honest and generous with their knowledge. I called this company on behalf of my clients on an estate residence to ask advice on removing a Bobcat.

I was actually wanting to hire them for their service.

Very impressive knowledge, advise and narrative. Even though our situation would not provide income or a service call for them, they generously treated us like a paying client. Very rare in today's market place.

Thank you Matt and Kat, we will be referring you to our clients.

Matt and his team blew me away today with their service, knowledge, expediency, and fair pricing! Highly highly recommend!

We were invaded by a squirrel squadron. We could hear them frolicking in the soffit as they made plans to take over the world. Little did they know that we had a secret weapon. A Wildlife Pro DFW. A Wildlife Pro came, assessed the situation and put a plan in place to ferret out the squirrely squirrels and barricade against further intrusion.

A Wildlife Pro kept frequent communication with the command post and home base. When the squirrels proved to have a member of their army that was lacking in intelligence and another that had an abundance of determination, A Wildlife Pro made a special trip to adjust the strategy to ensure success. They showed up on short notice armed and ready to reinforce the castle.

Once the critters were evacuated, A Wildlife Pro showed up again to repair the damage left behind by the rodent army. We are now relaxing in our abode, comforted by the knowledge that the infiltration has been thwarted. I would definitely recommend A Wildlife Pro DFW should you also be infiltrated by a rodent army.

Great company! Carl installed one way door to get rid of squirrel in attic and patched the entry hole few days later. Price was reasonable. I would use their help again.

Matt and James did a great job in getting rid of our problem, fixing some other areas that needed fixed. Communication was great and prices were fair. I would hire them again in a minute

Have plenty of trees, squirrels, etc around.  Asked Matt to secure home so we do not get any visitors inside the house.  Replaced vents, secured/painted corners and other openings around the house.
We had squirrels in our previous home, and so Matt and team did a great job then so we asked them to come out to our new home again.
Went well ... all work completed in two trips.  Matt, Carl and Katherine are very professional and did a great job sticking to schedule.

Matt is great guy - extremely friendly and easy to talk to! He came out promptly after I'd contacted him about concerns of there being activity in the attic of a newly purchased home. He put my mind to ease that there wasn't any activity. He walked around the house and pointed out any locations that I should keep an eye out for. Great guy and great service!

Where do I begin? From start to finish, Matt came out and went above and beyond.  We had rodents in our attic and Matt came out to inspect what was going on.

He took time to explain how they came in, how to effectively trap them on our own (saving money), and how we would prevent them from coming in.  His knowledge and love for wildlife is obvious and his professionalism speaks for itself.

Matt's communication throughout the whole process was nothing less than stellar and I would only go with him for now on for my family and I's animal control needs.

    Thanks for helping our family!

We had a great experience with this company.  They came out the next day after we called, and he seemed like a sincere and honest tradesman.  I thought I had squirrels in the attic. The other company we got a quote from told me we had a terrible rat infestation and quoted THOUSANDS of dollars in work.  Wildlife Pro was not just significantly cheaper, but very precise in knowing what to do. Guess what! There was a family of squirrels in the attic and now I have the pictures to prove it now.  They really calmed me down about the supposed "rat infestation". I think the pricing was very fair, the repairs blend in with the house so you can't even see them, and most importantly there are no more invaders in the attic.  The staff seems to be very knowledgable and genuinely care about the welfare of the animals. I love all animals, just not in my house, so I really appreciate that they handle this humanely. All around nice folks and would recommend them!

Kat and Matt went over and above. Friendly and professional. I contacted them Saturday morning and received a quick response. We emailed back and forth about the problem. Kat and Matt came to our house Saturday night to do a raccoon stakeout. They were not able to grab the raccoons so they set traps. The raccoons have been trapped and our problem is solved. I used to have anxiety about these types of situations, but now that I know we can call A Wildlife Pro there is no need to worry.

Excellent fellow.  Came out to investigate a possible infestation in our chimney, and completely understood my desire to not hurt or exterminate any creature found up in it.

Luckily, squirrels were just occasionally checking it out, not actually nesting in there.  He sealed up their entrance, and even informed us of some issues with our chimney that need correcting (we had just bought the house and hadn't been up there yet).  Told us we need a new chimney cap, knew all about it, measured it for us so we wouldn't have to even!

Extremely friendly chap, very knowledgeable, and we would definitely call him again.

Honest and hard working. We had an issue with birds (I have a serious bird phobia) in our bathroom exhaust fan and he came out on short notice and continued to return until our issue was resolved. I know he put in extra time and effort to make certain we were pleased. Highly recommend and would hire again! Very polite and courteous.

Great family-owned business! We had squirrels in our attic and A Wildlife Pro helped us fix the problem. Matt was fantastic; he came over to our house the same day that I called to assess the situation. He was very thorough and did a great job explaining our different options for resolving the issue. Katherine was super efficient and accomodating in scheduling a time for the work to actually be completed. She was very helpful in working with our schedule. Matt completed the work in a thorough and timely manner and we havent had any new activity in our attic since then. We are very happy we chose this company and would recommend them to you.

Matt from A Wildlife Pro DFW is outstanding!  He responded to my message in a matter of minutes; he was very warm, knowledgable, and professional.  I found him to be completely charming when we met in person the next day.

Matt very patiently assessed and evaluated the situation and explained himself in crystal clear language.  He answered all of my questions, entertained my fascinated 7 year old, and calmed my fretful wife.  He is teeming with confidence and know his stuff.  He came up with a totally reasonable plan of action and made us feel very comfortable.

He also did a slow walk-around the house to identify any places where squirrels and rats could potentially enter the house - something we hadn't thought about doing but appreciated his advice.  It did not come off as a sales pitch to do unnecessary work.

He clearly explained what the potential problems were, pointed out the gaps where animals could get in, and presented a very reasonable plan of action to make the small repairs.

A few days later he baited and set the fox traps for us.  When they trapped opossums and skunks he came over to remove them.  Three days later, two grey foxes were trapped.  He promptly came over and explained where they would be relocated and what their eventual fate would be: a better life outdoors, away from city life, in the country in East Texas.

The next week he did a great job of filling in all of the places where animals could get in the house; he patched up and painted over everything so it looked as good as new.

We were completely satisfied with his work and have since recommended A Wildlife Pro DFW to others.

About a year later, we called with a question about paw prints we found on our fence.  Kat (Katherine) helped us figure it out.  We sent her pics; she analyzed them and assured us it was just a house cat, not a bobcat.  She forwarded us a wild life paw print guide to help us identify any prints we saw in the future.  She was very knowledgable, helpful, and reassuring.  And she did it all for free -- several phone conversations, pictures, and email communications just to help out a customer.  It was really remarkable.  This review is the least I can do to show my appreciation for their service!

Both Matt and Dion are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I like that they treat/remedy the problems you have without recommending things you don't need. This is the second time we've used them. The first time was last year. They identified and filled holes/gaps in our roofline, masonry, etc where either squirrels or grey rats were actively chewing and trying to get inside. They charge per hole filled, and they do repaint to match your house/trim color as well.

I have used this company multiple times.  Once for squirrels in the attack, once to remove an armadillo that had burrowed under my foundation, and today to resolve a problem with rats in the attic.

Matt is very thorough and looks to resolve the underlying cause of the animal issues you are having.   With my most current issue, he looked for the source of entry by following the water into the house as that is what rat's typically follow.  He could've just trapped the rats and been done with it, but he does not tackle a job that way.

When he was working to trap my armadillo, he tried 3 different positions for the trap until it was caught.  He came out promptly to remove it the same day I called.  They also came out and filled the hole afterward, and checked to ensure no additional burrowing needed to be filled.

With the squirrels, he put one way doors in so that they could not get back in and then later sealed them up. In general, I would recommend Matt to anyone experiencing an issue with a varmint.  He is thorough and he strives to ensure the animals are not harmed, but your property is protected.   I will continue to use this company for all of my wildlife issues.

Matt was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
We like the catch and release company philosophy, plus no chemicals or poisonous substances used. We have kids and 3 dogs, we didn't want the chance of a tragic accident.
The squirrels were out after about a week.
They did little damage in the time they squatted in the attic.
Don't hesitate to call Wildlife Pro, if you have an animal control problem.

We had a problem with some noises our tenant was hearing in the attic of our rental house. I decided to call A Wildlife Pro after reading all their reviews. They took the time with me on the phone, asking me questions about my pest problem, and were able to send a tech over quickly despite my busy schedule. Dion arrived right on time, and within 15 minutes had figured out the problem with our roof that was allowing the critters to get into the attic. Dion was professional and thorough and he answered all of our questions. He fixed the problem and got rid of the pests in a humane way, and was very helpful in educating us about how to prevent more problems in future. I wouldn't hesitate to use A Wildlife Pro services again!

I called several companies, but none of them wanted to find a solution. But, Wildlife Pro accepted. They came in, inspected the attic, set up a one way door and repaired the damage. They made a quick estimate and assess the situation, and finished the job in 5 days total, all for less than what I was suppose to be quoted by other companies. Wildlife Pro are real professionals and I'm glad they have helped me and that I've chosen them.

"A Wildlife Pro" (AWP) is professionally run by a team that are very knowledgeable in trapping wildlife. I used them last year and they were able to capture an armadillo that was damaging my front yard and flowerbeds. Then last December, I was having similar type of damage in my backyard; they were able to tell by the damage that it was most likely not an armadillo, but a skunk. They set the trap with bait for a skunk and captured it.

This year, I had more damage in my front yard, and they were able to capture 3 armadillos, one that was particularly large that was most likely doing the most damage and was being a little difficult to trap. In this process, they set up some guide rails to guide the armadillo in the trap, and used a very strong, reinforced trap; this proved successful in capturing this 3rd armadillo.

AWP periodically followed up as armadillos were being trapped, making sure that the damage had finally been eliminated.

The cost of service also included relocating a opossum that had wandered into the trap, for a total cost of 4 relocations.

I would recommend AWP and plan to use them again if the need arises.

I am so pleased with the outcome of this service, I couldn't be happier! We dealt with several other companies over the course of a year and none were as helpful or able to solve the problem. They also charged double or triple what Wildlife Pro cost. I am happy with the quality of the repairs and the service I received from them. I will definitely be recommending them to all I know!

Matt helped us last winter when we had two gray foxes denning underneath our deck.  It was quite an endeavor - as you can't rush humanely capturing and relocating them.  He provided regular reassurance  -- Wildlife Therapy of sorts - because I had many irrational fears about the close proximity of the foxes.  When we accidentally trapped a skunk instead, it was like watching an artist as Matt humanely relocated the skunk from the trap to a crate for relocation.  Recently, I had a follow-up question for Matt after another fox sighting (not under our deck this time!) and he graciously answered my text and provided more of his expert Wildlife Therapy.  You can call A Wildlife Pro DFW without hesitation!

We thought we had a squirrel problem. They came out and searched all areas for an entrance but there was none. We were just hearing them on the roof. Not in the attic. We were so happy.  Asked for a bill on what we owed and their reply was it was a free quote and look around. Well, thank u very much. We will use you when we need to, always.  Very happy.

when we noticed rats coming in and going out of our attic, we were worried - a lot. We had heard of rodents carrying and spreading disease in their feces and we weren't ready to take any chance. We searched online and after reading good reviews about their service, we settled with A Wildlife Pro. They neatly sealed up the rats used to gain entrance and set traps. A week later they came back to clean up the attic. It was a big relief and we are happy with the job overall. And it wasn't expensive either. Very professional

We heard noises of running animals in our attic during the evening, which also kept us awake.  My husband thought he saw at least two mice or rats in the attic so we called A Wildlife Pro to remove the critters.

We found A Wildlife Pro by way of a link on the website AA AnimalControl.com as a recommended local source in Plano.  After reading all the excellent reviews on various Internet sites to include Angie's List, I called the owner, Matt Evans, and left a voice message.  Within five minutes, Matt returned my call.  He explained in detail the process for our problem and gave me a ballpark cost for normal jobs of this type.  Matt was very friendly and informative.  I liked what he said so we decided to schedule an appointment.  At Matt's instructions, I emailed Katherine, the office manager, with my information and to request an appointment.  She emailed me back in less than 30 minutes to get an idea of my availability.  She sent out Carl the next morning.  He inspected the outside of our house, explained what holes needed to be sealed, and gave us the cost.  We agreed, and Carl immediately sealed all outside openings where rodents could get in and then set traps in the attic.  Carl returned in five days to check the traps and found three dead juvenile rats.  Since I had still heard something running around a few hours before he arrived to check the traps, Carl reset them and returned in four days to recheck the traps.  Nothing was in the traps, and I have not heard anymore sounds.  To be on the safe side, Carl said he would return again in a few days to recheck the traps, but he felt all the rodents were gone.  A Wildlife Pro did a wonderful job, and their customer service is outstanding.  Matt's and Katherine's quick replies to my initial inquiries were very much appreciated as I was very uncomfortable knowing animals were in the attic, and my sleep was being disturbed by the noise.  Katherine maintained excellent email contact with me about all follow-up appointments and also supplied more explanations
about what to expect during this process which greatly reassured me.  Carl was always exactly on time as promised, was very friendly and professional, did an excellent job of sealing the outside of the house, and reassured me the problem would be easily resolved.  A few weeks later when we began to see several rats in our backyard and on our patio at dusk, I emailed Katherine and later that same day Matt came out with traps.  Matt made many trips to pick up the trapped rats and reset new traps over a course of several weeks.  We have now not seen anymore rats.  I highly recommend A Wildlife Pro for anyone with unwanted wildlife problems.  We will definitely call them again.  Their service to their clients is superior, far beyond any other home service companies we have dealt with.

I had a great experience with A Wildlife Pro. I called because there was a terrible smell in my house and we knew there had to be a dead animal somewhere under the house. I can't thank Matt enough for all of his help!  When Matt arrived on time he was very professional and understanding as he could see I was very upset about the situation.  He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. After going under the house Matt discovered we had a dead opossum. Once that was taken care of he walked us around the outside of the house to see if there were other potential entry points. I can't recommend A Wildlife Pro enough! I would absolutely us them again.

This past week, Matt came out to remove an opossum from my attic. I had no idea how it had gotten in there but it was making a horrible racket at night. He explained how he was going to remove the opossum without hurting it. He installed a door on the hole on my outside wall where it was getting in. After the opossum was gone, he fixed the hole and I can hardly see it's even there!  The staff was very polite and informative, and promptly solved my problem.  This company was reasonably priced and it was a good experience.  I wouldn't hesitate to send my family and friends to them should they have problems with wild animals.

We had a rat problem for a couple of months and had tried to get rid of them on our own.  It was to the point that they were sneaking into our pantry at night and hauling out boxed and sealed food.  I was desperate! I Googled and Googled every method and trick in the book.  We must have made over 10 shopping trips for different "stuff".  We kept catching rats.  They just kept coming and we couldn't make it stop.  Carl & Matt are amazing.  A Wildlife Pro DFW came out for a free consultation.  Carl examined my house and showed me the entry points that he could see.  He explained that he would seal up my house on all the entry points and then he would start trapping them inside the house and in the attic.  Katherine, in the office, was very on top of checking in with me to set up convenient times for the guys to come back multiple times to check the traps.  The last time that Matt checked the traps they were all empty.  He explained that they were gone because new ones couldn't get in and they'd trapped the ones that were stuck in the house. I haven't seen any signs of rats in the house!  I am so happy.  This whole situation was stressing me out and they handled it immediately.   I feel like the value was incredible for what they did.  The price included a free consultation, a morning of sealing up the house, setting traps and multiple trips back to check the traps.  Not to mention that Matt was crawling around in my attic in the Texas summer heat checking for dead animals.  Thank you so much A Wildlife Pro DFW!

We had a family of squirrels in our attic.  I got estimates from 3 different companies and chose to use A Wildlife Pro.  The owner came out the same day we called and gave a free quote.  The other quotes were ridiculously higher.  Wildlife Pro gave a list of what was necessary to solve the immediate problem and also suggested other repairs to prevent future problems.  He even offered to reattach a fallen gutter while he was already on the roof for a very small fee.
All around nice guy and very trustworthy.  I really felt the other companies were trying to upsell me and use fear tactics. This guy seemed like he was straight shooting the problem and not trying to take advantage of us.  My attic problem is solved and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'm very pleased with the service I received and have recommended them to family and friends.

Matt was very timely for my appointment. I had contacted them with a specific problem, a bird's nest in my exhaust vent. Matt came out and got right to work. He's very polite and professional. He checked the vent first to ensure there were no current residents and no eggs. Then he cleaned everything out and then installed a cover over the vent to prevent any other feathery friends from moving in. I was very pleased with the work and the amount quoted/paid. He's very no-nonsense about his job, but also caring and humane for the animals he's called out to remove. I will definitely be calling him again if the need arises.

Performed pest trapping and exclusion services and then fully restored our attic after the threat was gone.

Having off and on issues with rodents in my attic over the years, I was at my wits end when I found A Wildlife Pro (DFW) in a Yahoo search and gave them a call. Matt was knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel comfortable that the situation would be handled. The price was reasonable (based on quote comparisons) and they were happy to meet my time-sensitive needs.
Our Heaven-Sent tech., Carl, did a great job of explaining the process and performing the work quickly and diligently, reassuring us that he would not stop until the issue was permanently dealt with. He always had a calm demeanor and professional attitude every time we saw him.
After the rodents were removed and all exclusion services completed, we moved into the next phase of restoring our attic-- this meant a full removal of all existing insulation, cleaning and deodorizing, and replacement with new insulation. Quite a job, but once again, A Wildlife Pro was there to help. The price was very reasonable again, and the work was performed by Carl and the restoration team that same week, to our full expectations.
A Wildlife Pro- DFW has capable, helpful people in the office and out in the field. I highly recommend them.

I had squirrels in my attic. Dion came out and verified the entry point and also other areas that could provide future access if not sealed off. He set up a "one way" trap so that the squirrels could get out of the attic, but not re-enter. He also sealed off the other potential access areas. They gave me an itemized quote detailing all costs. Based on that I opted to seal off a couple of the areas that I was comfortable working on myself. That saved me some money. Dion, the tech, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to advise me on how to fix some of the entry points myself. Its been a couple of weeks now, and so far so good... no more squirrels!

When I called they informed me that a gentleman by the name of Carl would be out between 4 and 6 pm to look at the house and give me an estimate. Carl looked over the house and identified the point of entry where the squirrel was getting in the house. I was surprised by the low price of $285.87 because of the location and also the fact that they were going to install metal guards at the point of entry and paint them to match the rest of the house after extraction. I authorized the work to be done and they installed a humane trap to capture the squirrel and then relocate the animal rather than destroy it. Once the squirrel was captured Carl installed a metal shield that he explained that squirrels wouldn't chew through then he painted it and unless you know it's there you can't see it. The estimate and all the work was performed by on man and he was very knowledgeable about his work and I am a very satisfied customer that will recommend AWP every chance I get with no misgivings.

I could not imagine that I could have been taken care of any better at any price. I didn't mention it but these repairs came with a lifetime warranty against re-entry at the point of repair. What else could I ask for?

    1/02/15- Anna A.

    Richardson, TX

Carl did two jobs for me. The first was a squirrel that had made one hole in the eaves and was living in the attic. The second was multiple holes made by rats that found their way in thanks to the squirrel. It's a small operation, so there were a couple of times when he didn't come the day he said he would. It was never for anything that required me to be home, however. He was very knowledgeable about the animals' habits and clear about the repairs that needed to be done and the cost (and cost never went up, even when the squirrel was more work than expected). Above all, he didn't try to scare me into paying thousands on new insulation. I'd recommend this company.

I couldn't have been more impressed with Matt and his company, A Wildlife Pro. Matt was punctual, professional, and very genuine. He impressed me with his critter / rodent knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions regarding my rodent related issues which made me feel at ease in moving forward with his services. I would use A Wildlife Pro again and will definitely recommend Matt and his services to friends and family.

Seeing as this was our first encounter with rats and squirrels, we weren't sure how to go about fixing the issue. Upon a little research, we found Matt Evans and AWP. And boy, are we glad we made the decision to go with him.

Rather than employing scare tactics to ensure we overreacted and ended up paying way more than necessary (like many in the business do), Matt was honest and forthcoming, explaining exactly what the problem was and how to solve it. Within just a few days we stopped hearing the rats in the attic. He used a trap door, to safely lure the animals out, and prevent them from going back in. His tactics were so effective that we didn't have to bother with laying down any traps. He then sealed all the holes the squirrels were coming through with a special strong steal sheet to ensure we don't have to bother with them again.

His prices were low and excellent. He provides a very good service for a fraction of what others are charging. And overall he's a really great person to speak to. He's polite, well-spoken, communicates properly, and most importantly, knows exactly what it is he's talking about and how to do his job properly and effective.

We were fortunate to find Matt and AWP. We haven't had any problems since his visits. If by any chance we do have a problem, which I doubt, we'll be sure to contact AWP again. Thanks Matt!

A Wildlife Pro did a great job at fixing area's and making recommendations for preventative maintenance. They were very good about explaining what could be done versus what truly needed to be done, so I could make the best decision.
I was incredibly pleased with the final result and have already recommended.

It went incredibly smoothly and I didn't even have to be here.
My house is better than ever and critter free!

Carl came out and found where the squirrels were getting in.  We determined a price with him and he then put up a one way cage and door so the squirrels could get out but not return.  He came back a few days later, took down the cage and patched the opening with metal. The squirrels will have to find another attic to play in.

I was very please with Carl handling the issues we had with squirrels in our attic.  He made repairs to the home where some boards had separated  allowing the squirrels entry.   Glad the problem is repaired and no more issues to report.  Followup of work to make sure all entries were closed and no more activity was great.  Lifetime coverage of work is also spectacular.

Carl with Wildlife Pro came to survey problems at the appointed time.  He did not need to get into the home for our problem.  We had squirrels getting in at the front of the home and at the apex of the roof line.  Apparently, the age of the home had caused some boards to separate to allow them to enter the attic.  Carl set up a unit to allow the squirrels to exit the attic but not allow reentry.  After a couple days he removed the device and repaired the entry point.  No more noise in the attic.  As part of his service, he inspected house to make sure no other similar problems existed.  I call his work excellent and will definitely use Wildlife Pro again if we have any future problems.

We had a recent armadillo issue and contacted AWP after being recommended by several friends.  I would highly recommend you consider them for your any wildlife issues you may have.  They were extremely price competitive without sacrificing on quality of service.  They got the job done quickly and effectively and it was clear they know what they were doing.  The family of Armadillo's was humanly relocated and the issue resolved quickly.  They will get my first call the next time I need help.

We had raccoons (and some squirrels) setting up house in our attic. They identified the animals, inspected the house for areas of entry and used humane methods to remove the wildlife from our home. They also sealed and painted the areas where the animals were entering the attic.

They came to inspect the problem and provide an estimate the day I called for help. Matt completed a very thorough assessment of our home and where the critters were accessing our attic. He gave us a tiered estimate for repairs needed immediately (as evidenced by current animal use) and those twhere wildlife might gain access in the future. The work started the next day and he succeeded in removing the raccoons very quickly. He monitored our attic and other entry points to make sure we did not have additional visitors. Once we confirmed that there were no more animals in the attic, he repaired several areas of the roof. The repairs look great and he matched the paint for the repairs to the color of our home. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and did excellent work. He communicated with me daily to ask for feedback on animal noises and kept me up to date on his progress. I would definitely use A WIldlife Pro again for future wildlife problems.

Matt examined my home for entry points where animals were getting in to my attic.  He thoroughly sealed up those points, as well as set traps for anything he might have missed during the exclusion process.  Matt came back frequently to check on the traps and make sure he had solved my problem.

We called A Wildlife Pro after hearing what sounded like a Buick driving through our attic and bedroom walls. My wife was on the verge of burning down the house and walking away and even booked a hotel for several days. That is when I called AWP.  After the initial assessment it turned out that we had Norway rats. Big ones. Very big ones. Corey did a fantastic job, was on time, professional, very detailed in his explanation, and overall a nice guy to chat with.
After placing what seemed like a thousand traps in the crawl space and attic he then closed off any areas of entry and repaired damage caused by the beasts. He repaired the soffit vent, placed chicken wire around the foundation which had been dug up, and closed off a few chewed areas in the garage. Aside from the repair work, they only charge for actual trapping so if they don't catch anything you don't pay. They caught several large rats at $50 a pop. I think we paid between $200-$250 total including the repairs. Money well spent for piece of mind and the wife's sanity. I would absolutely call them again if we have a problem in the future.
